Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our platform are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within India. Standard shipping is free (5–7 business days). Express shipping is available for ₹499 (2–3 business days) at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Embrae does not accept returns or exchanges. Embrae One is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to inspection. Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear is not covered.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Embrae or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Embrae shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
