Embrae One is covered by a 1-year warranty. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
No returns or exchanges
We do not offer a returns or exchange policy. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, it cannot be returned for a refund or swapped for another product.
1-year warranty
Embrae One is backed by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If your product develops a covered defect within the warranty period, contact us to start a warranty claim.
What the warranty covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear is not covered.
How to make a warranty claim
- Email care@embrae.in with your order details and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos or a short video of the defect when possible.
- Our team reviews the claim and shares next steps within 1–2 business days.
